What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Creative Strategy team while establishing a high-performance operating model.
• Define the vision, standards, frameworks, and methodologies for strategy across the organization.
• Advise senior customer stakeholders and guide strategic development for major engagements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Account teams to shape integrated customer solutions.
• Champion AI-powered research, strategic planning, and creative development.
• Expand strategic services and use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategy experience in creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
• Strong experience advising senior stakeholders and executive customers.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and customer insights.
• Experience building scalable strategic frameworks and translating complex data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills, including experience integrating AI into strategic work.
