Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Compensation: $141,000 – $196,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead brand campaign strategy from concept through activation, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Own the internal Writer instance to encode brand voice, guidelines, and creative standards into scalable AI-powered brand skills.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate brand identity into the product experience.
• Manage brand agency relationships to ensure high-quality, impactful creative output.
• Define and track key brand metrics including awareness, perception, and pipeline influence.
• Build and maintain a centralized brand repository for assets, templates, and guidelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building brands, ideally within a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Proven ability to own both brand strategy and execution.
• Strong point of view on agentic AI and its role in scaling creative output and brand consistency.
• Experience working alongside product teams and translating brand into product experiences.
• Proficiency in brand metrics and connecting brand performance to business outcomes.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
