Account Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary plus bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Represent the hirify.global–practice relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, care management, and operational improvement.
• Monitor practice performance using healthcare analytics tools, communicate results, and develop project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, providers, healthcare executives, and practice stakeholders.
• Present practice performance, financial overviews, contract terms, economic impact, and performance initiatives to executive and clinical audiences.
• Coordinate training for office staff, physicians, and providers on value-based care processes and technologies, while assessing ongoing training needs.
• Share relevant performance data with internal hirify.global teams to support coordinated execution.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, health technology, information technology, or a related field.
• Alternatively, 8 years of significant medical practice management experience, particularly in a clinic administration setting.
• 5 years of written and verbal communication experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem-solving, and strategic healthcare analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• Must reside in Kentucky and be able to travel approximately 25% within the Louisville metropolitan area.
