Notino Experience Program Manager (HR)

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid (Anchor Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end regional people programs, including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement surveys across EMEA and APAC.
• Translate global frameworks into locally relevant, high-quality employee experiences.
• Develop operational infrastructure, playbooks, and AI agents to ensure consistent program delivery at scale.
• Partner with Affinity Group leads to strengthen programs and extract retention and engagement insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track program health, adoption, and ROI.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Recruitment, and business leaders to align people programs with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Experience running people programs end-to-end across multiple markets and time zones.
• AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to using AI tools for research, operations, and communication.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces.
• Ability to build natural trust with stakeholders ranging from team members to executive partners.
• Experience driving change within a high-growth company environment.
• Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion.
• Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets with an understanding of cultural nuances in employee experience.
