Notino Experience Program Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Estimated total on-target earnings: €45,000–€70,000 per year, including base salary and target incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end people program operations across EMEA and APAC, including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent retention initiatives.
• Translate global people and environment programs into locally relevant experiences across regional markets and time zones.
• Create processes, playbooks, AI agents, program calendars, and repeatable delivery frameworks for consistent local execution.
• Support Affinity Group leads and surface engagement and retention insights from regional communities.
• Build dashboards, monitor program adoption and outcomes, run experiments, and demonstrate program ROI.
• Partner with People Partners, NoE, Recruitment, business leaders, and global and regional environment teams to strengthen the Notino Experience.

Requirements

• Experience running people programs end-to-end across multiple markets and time zones.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage many moving pieces.
• Proactive use of AI tools for research, operations, and communication, with enthusiasm for building AI agents and playbooks.
• Ability to build trust across levels, from team members to executive partners, and comfort presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience driving change at a high-growth company and bringing people along during implementation.
• Resourcefulness, a bias toward action, and energy for a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion.
• Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets, including an understanding of cultural nuance in employee experience.
