Senior Programme Manager (Data Centre Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid; Operations locations in London, England, UK; Dublin, Ireland; Paris, France; and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead multiple infrastructure improvement projects across EMEA, managing scope, budgets, schedules, dependencies, and priorities.
• Develop project scopes and delivery strategies with Operations and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and engineering specialists across multiple locations.
• Manage forecasting, cost control, procurement, commercial performance, and change management.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, commercial, and scheduling risks while maintaining operational continuity and safety.
• Oversee implementation, testing, commissioning, acceptance, formal handover, programme governance, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex infrastructure programmes or multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or other mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure upgrades in live operational environments where business continuity and safety are essential.
• Experience across construction, quantity surveying, and/or mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Knowledge of critical building systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, and cooling.
• Strong commercial management skills covering budgets, forecasting, cost control, and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, with a track record of managing projects through implementation, commissioning, and handover.

• Relevant project or programme management, construction, or engineering qualifications.
