What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives to define outcome-driven solutions.
• Design and lead consulting engagements, coordinating hirify.global specialists and partner resources.
• Provide hands-on implementation services for hirify.global solutions within the AECO domain.
• Drive customer adoption through change management, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to identify and scope opportunities to expand customer value.
• Act as an industry thought leader, leveraging emerging technologies including AI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO).
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry and strong understanding of business processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with hirify.global technologies.
• Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, or Spanish) required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation.
