What you will do

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) processes across the EMEA region.
• Champion structured problem-solving and guide teams in applying lean tools like PSP and Daily Management.
• Facilitate and support Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to define and execute VES roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Coach associates and leaders on lean methodologies to build long-term organizational capability.
• Assess existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical, sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, the UK, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, or Ireland.
• Demonstrated track record in deploying continuous improvement or lean systems.
• Strong knowledge of core fundamentals including PSP, VM/DM, SW, and TPI.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Europe.
