What you will do
- Analyze customer current states and define IT strategies with clear outcomes.
- Design conceptual solutions and plan implementation roadmaps for cloud and non-cloud technologies.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture complex requirements.
- Manage project milestones, quality targets, and cross-functional teams of architects and consultants.
- Develop intellectual property, white papers, and point-of-view assets for specific domains.
- Spearhead modernization programs encompassing people, process, and technology.
Requirements
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
- Consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or similar IT professional services background.
- Subject matter expertise in at least three domains such as cloud computing, infrastructure, IT operations, or enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of IT Operating Models, process frameworks, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong data modeling and analytical skills using tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT architecture, service management, or resiliency.
- Certifications in ITSM, ITIL, or COBIT.
- Proficiency in business case development, ROI, and TCO analysis.
