What you will do

• Act as a strategic technical leader designing secure and scalable solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform to ensure theoretical solutions work in practice.
• Support the sales process by preparing and presenting tailored product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to evaluate infrastructure and customization requirements.
• Collaborate with product management teams to provide feedback on use cases and industry trends.
• Develop technical documentation and proposal responses to identify optimal product mixes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related role, ideally with a background in pre-sales consulting.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their surrounding technology ecosystems.
• Ability to travel 30% or more and work across North American time zones (PST to EST).
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
