What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the value proposition and strategy to potential and existing customers.
• Own technical engagements and drive complex opportunities through advanced product knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver high-impact product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and internal product/engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Create technical enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, leadership, and collaboration skills for complex assignments.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to articulate technical advantages.
• Technical mindset with a desire for continuous learning and growth.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies.
• Background in the Metrics or Monitoring space.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
