Analyst, IT Compliance and Governance (Cybersecurity)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $114,400 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute IT compliance strategies, processes, and risk-mitigation measures.
• Manage the end-to-end hardware and software compliance lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and applicable data privacy requirements.
• Lead IT business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage vendors and contracts to ensure third-party compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain process documentation and audit trails for IT systems and security practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, including project management and strategy.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT system platforms and data privacy laws.
• Exceptional process documentation skills and experience managing complex compliance audits.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations certification.
