Senior IT Compliance Analyst (GRC)

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Assess the security program across privacy, security, business resiliency, and compliance frameworks.
• Analyze findings, document program gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee configuration documentation and security-system administration to reduce enterprise risk.
• Partner with compliance leadership, security teams, technology teams, and auditors on ongoing assessments and control implementation.
• Support SOX, HIPAA, SEC, privacy, and regulatory compliance inquiries and documentation requests.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Python-based AI models for reporting and data analytics.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in IT compliance, risk management, or information security.
• Strong understanding of SOX, HIPAA, SEC standards, and related compliance frameworks.
• Intermediate to expert-level Python skills for AI data analytics model development and reporting.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar automation and data-visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
