Technical Deployment Lead (AI): Supporting the expansion of data centers across the U.S. and Canada with an accent on infrastructure delivery, hardware diagnostics, and on-site team training. Focus on implementing global data center standards, troubleshooting complex hardware/network failures, and conducting QA/QC audits.

Location: 100% onsite at West coast region U.S. data centers (Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA / Reno, NV / Phoenix, AZ). Up to 60% travel required on a rotational basis.

Salary: $90,000 – $102,000

What you will do

• Build and deploy new and ongoing data center sites nationwide.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Train internal teams and provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Perform on-site audits through a defined QA/QC process.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficiency with the Linux operating system.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation best practices.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
