What you will do
- Drive innovation in DSP technologies by collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for DSP in customer interactions and commercial events.
- Lead DSP process development projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Support the transfer of manufacturing processes into GMP production facilities.
- Manage troubleshooting, deviation assessments, and process improvements.
- Define investment strategies and lead large-scale CAPEX projects for DSP equipment.
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Extensive expertise in Downstream Processing (DSP) within the biopharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Proven experience with preparative HPLC (Prep HPLC) and chromatographic purification.
- Strong background in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Fluent English is required.
