What you will do

• Supervise shift-team progress against production work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate staffing changes caused by vacations, illness, machine outages, and shifting priorities.
• Allocate, coordinate, and oversee shift orders and work-plan execution across production lines.
• Maintain focus on production volume, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead the resolution of technical, quality, and logistics issues during shifts.
• Collaborate with unit supervisors and management to maintain an effective production environment.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in electronics, electrical technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and ability to interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
• Experience using multimeters, wattmeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment.
• Previous experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical or electronic systems.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with uninterruptible power supply systems.
• Fluent Italian is required.
