What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creatihirify.global of SMUs and special projects for the Lightspray range, from strategy to final sign-off.
• Develop products by leveraging expertise in manufacturing processes, material properties, and product chirify.globalstructihirify.global.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical challenges in tooling, molding, and assembly.
• Act as the primary technical liaishirify.global between development hubs in Zurich and Vietnam.
• Coordinate development timelines and complexity through PLM in collaboratihirify.global with Asia partners.
• Work with computatihirify.globalal designers and product managers to ensure the seashirify.globalal calendar meets business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in footwear development.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes including tooling, molding, injecting, welding, and assembly.
• Proven expertise in advanced footwear materials and their performance characteristics.
• Proficiency with industrial machinery and hands-hirify.global prototyping.
