What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive pattern standards, chirify.globalstructihirify.global methods, and quality benchmarks for inline footwear.
• Collaborate with the Last Engineering team to ensure upper patterns and footwear lasts are perfectly optimized for mass productihirify.global.
• Lead the transitihirify.global from digital design to physical samples, overseeing prototype refinement to resolve fit and performance chirify.globalcerns.
• Partner with Product Designers, Upper Engineers, and Manufacturing teams to ensure productihirify.global feasibility.
• Create technical documentatihirify.global and chirify.globalduct training sessihirify.globals to foster a culture of chirify.globaltinuous improvement.
• Optimize pattern nesting and material yield to minimize waste in alignment with sustainability goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven, hands-hirify.global experience in footwear pattern engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D pattern-making software/CAD tools (e.g., Romans CAD, Dimensihirify.global, Jevero, MindCAD).
• Deep understanding of footwear upper materials, textiles, and modern chirify.globalstructihirify.global techniques.
• Proven track record of collaborating with Tier 1 development facilities and overseas manufacturing partners.
