What you will do

• Build and maintain shared libraries, tooling, and paved paths for .NET and Go application teams.
• Design and evolve Terraform modules and IaC across Azure commercial and Azure Government environments.
• Configure GitOps-based delivery using Argo CD, including canary and progressive rollouts.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to reduce engineering toil.
• Implement deployment pipelines and approval workflows for FedRAMP/Azure Government compliance.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and automations to act as force multipliers for developers.

Requirements

• Strong production experience as a platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineer.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform and infrastructure as code at scale.
• Experience with GitOps delivery using Argo CD and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in designing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Fluency in at least one scripting language: Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience building shared libraries or SDKs in .NET or Go.
• Familiarity with Argo Rollouts for progressive delivery.
• Experience with Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, or compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIST 800-53).
• Experience integrating LLM-powered tools into the development lifecycle.
