Salary: $120,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Architect and implement cloud service delivery models including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS to meet security and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Analyze existing applications for cloud readiness and lead large-scale enterprise cloud migration initiatives.
• Design strategies for high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and cloud spend optimization.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure deployments meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and serve as a technical advisor for cloud governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or cloud development experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Huntsville, AL or Washington, DC.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for cloud-native development.
• Expertise in automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• IAM/IAT Level 3 certifications such as CISM, CCSP, CASP, or CISSP.
• Professional certifications from AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture, serverless technologies, and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
