What you will do

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims, and contract issues.
• Prepare and agree final accounts, including claims, to protect client value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Manage tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Monitor project spend through valuations, cost reports, and variation tracking.
• Provide clear cost documentation and timely commercial communication to support project decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work remotely from the United States.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
