What you will do

• Design and operate production-grade agentic personalization systems that adapt to user behavior and context.
• Develop ML models using Transformers, LLMs, and classical algorithms for search and recommendation use cases.
• Implement agentic frameworks like LangGraph to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• Productionize LLM workflows using optimized inference engines such as vLLM and TensorRT.
• Build data and feature pipelines to power personalization, experimentation, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable production platform features.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-powered systems into production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
• Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and MLOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working with RDBMS, NoSQL, data warehouses, and streaming platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, or safety considerations at scale.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or acting as a technical lead on complex initiatives.
