Genesys Engage Contact Center Engineer (Genesys)

Location: Remote (US). Work hours are standard 9am – 5pm EST, Mon-Fri

Salary: $65/hr to $70/hr

What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas of Voice and CTI technologies.
• Install Genesys applications and troubleshoot end-to-end voice and digital interactions.
• Provide project and implementation support for convergence technologies.
• Interface with peer teams on acceptance and testing of infrastructure technologies.
• Resolve complex service problems through multiparty conference calls with vendors and internal customers.
• Develop scripts using Perl, Python, and NodeJS to automate system tasks and cron jobs.

Requirements

• Genesys Engage Design and Implementation Certification is required.
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end voice and digital interactions on managed Genesys platforms.
• Extensive administrative knowledge of RedHat/Rocky Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting with Perl, Bash, Ksh, Python, NodeJS, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Change Management Processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Databases and SIP server technologies.
