What you will do

• Proactively identify potential talent for existing and future openings across retail, distribution, and corporate teams.
• Utilize digital job boards, social media, and advanced sourcing tools to attract passive candidates.
• Analyze hiring data and market trends to present strategic insights to business partners and leadership.
• Act as a company brand ambassador, providing information on culture, benefits, and growth.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Operations teams.
• Prepare detailed recruiting reports and presentations to track the effectiveness of initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or general marketing.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various digital sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
