Project Manager (eFront)

TL;DR

Project Manager (eFront) (BlackRock eFront/private markets): Leading implementation, migration, enhancement, and managed service projects for private markets clients with an accent on end-to-end delivery, governance, and senior stakeholder management. Focus on coordinating distributed delivery teams, managing concurrent workstreams, and embedding scalable practices across eFront services.

Location: United Kingdom, with close collaboration between the Belgrade and London offices.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BlackRock eFront implementation, migration, enhancement, and managed service engagements.
• Build project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and resourcing schedules across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Coordinate Implementation Consultants, Business Intelligence Consultants, and Analysts across Belgrade and London.
• Manage client sponsors, stakeholders, BlackRock eFront teams, change requests, escalations, and delivery risks.
• Prepare governance documentation and steering committee reporting using established methodologies and tools.
• Support nearshore resource planning, hiring, mentoring, pre-sales, and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing BlackRock eFront or similar vendor implementation, configuration, or managed service projects.
• Proven delivery experience with technology or data implementation projects in private markets or asset management.
• Working knowledge of the eFront data model, configuration capabilities, and reporting functionality.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and GIT repositories.
• Strong knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure fund operations and lifecycles.
• Strong English communication and senior-level client and vendor stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed or nearshore delivery teams.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Scrum qualification.
• BA/BSc in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Additional language skills.
