What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hirify.global’s customers, managing day-to-day interactions and driving engagement.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects including customer engagement, project tracking, and delivery.
• Present project status updates and platform functionality in customer-facing meetings.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and retention by proactively managing issues.
• Support transition to Business As Usual (BAU) and collaborate with internal teams to meet legal, financial, and technical requirements.
• Perform UAT testing and act as the client advocate to influence product development.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience in project management and delivery of technology transformation in financial services, especially regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Strong client focus, relationship building, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, waterfall methodologies; SCRUM qualifications beneficial.
• Experience with agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., MIFID II, FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, CSDR) is desirable.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and work under pressure.
• Proven track record working with offshore and international teams.
