What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demos and prototypes based on customer requirements.
• Develop deep technical domain expertise in Generative AI and LLM applications for enterprise sectors like financial services, insurance, and SaaS.
• Secure the technical win by identifying and unblocking technical challenges for prospective clients.
• Design and develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) by breaking down customer challenges into project plans.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed Software and Machine Learning Engineers to develop agents during initial post-sales.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and AEs to identify and prioritize customer-specific feature requests.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with prior experience in pre-sales or post-sales client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in developing with Python, Java or other web development languages.
• Experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, finance, or fintech in a technical capacity.
• Proven ability to act as a self-starter and independently resolve technical issues in the field.
• Strong presentation skills and technical credibility when communicating with executives and engineers.
