What you will do

• Define and execute the supply chain, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning strategy.
• Build the operating model, governance framework, KPIs, OKRs, and management cadence for global WILP operations.
• Lead and develop WILP managers across regional sites, fostering continuous improvement and high operational performance.
• Establish scheduling, available-to-promise, capable-to-promise, shortage-management, and order-fulfilment processes.
• Develop distribution networks and manage 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, export compliance, customer communication, service-level performance, and safe warehouse operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning experience, ideally in manufacturing, robotics, technology, aerospace, defence, automotive, or FMCG.
• Experience establishing or scaling direct WILP functions and leading multi-site or multi-region operations.
• Degree in business, international supply chain and procurement management, engineering, or a related field.
• CIPS MCIPS Level 5 or equivalent; APICS CPIM is desirable.
• Expertise in S&OP, master scheduling, MRP, inventory optimisation, ERP, APS, WMS, TMS, and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, negotiation, Incoterms, global trade compliance, and export controls including EAR.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM certification.
• Experience supporting project-based or engineer-to-order customers.
• Experience in robotics, aerospace, defence, automotive, technology, or FMCG supply chains.
