What you will do

• Lead the site supply planning process, providing visibility of capacity and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, internal movements, and shipping for maximum accuracy.
• Manage entire site inventory, driving optimization projects and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve on-time delivery, lead times, and forecast accuracy.
• Manage and develop planning and warehouse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, global standards, and the company's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing supply chain processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is beneficial.
