What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, shipment tracking, routes, and deliveries.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, freight forwarders, couriers, and road transport suppliers.
• Work with customs brokers to support timely customs clearances and Intrastat reporting.
• Monitor supplier performance, participate in business reviews, and manage transportation-related escalations.
• Investigate shipping and delivery issues, resolve claims for lost or damaged freight, and provide shipment updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency through consolidation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Confident use of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and time management skills.
• University degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of UK and European customs regulations is advantageous.
