What you will do

• Plan weekly and daily volumes in line with stock flows, budgets, and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Provide first-line management for a team of operatives, focusing on training, mentoring, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate stock files on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to drive operational efficiencies.
• Monitor and interpret KPIs, submitting statistical reports and driving year-on-year performance improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries to ensure all requirements are met on time.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Wrexham, Wales, UK
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make critical decisions regarding safety and operations.
