What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Azure cloud platforms and infrastructure.
• Architect and operate Kubernetes platforms on AKS and support containerized workloads.
• Drive infrastructure as code, automation, CI/CD adoption, and platform modernization.
• Define engineering standards, DevOps practices, architecture principles, and cloud governance.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, performance, resilience, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, review designs, and shape technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code, cloud automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, governance, resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and platform engineering initiatives while remaining hands-on.
• Ability to mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide teams through complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, ownership, collaboration, and technical direction skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience introducing AI-powered engineering tools and platform capabilities.
