What you will do
- Architect and drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of multi-cloud production platforms.
- Build end-to-end automation and CI/CD pipelines that reduce manual intervention and operational toil.
- Define, monitor, and improve SLIs, SLOs, latency, throughput, error rates, and capacity indicators.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate reliability and security into the SDLC.
- Lead incident detection, triage, response, root cause analysis, and preventative engineering work.
- Audit complex platform operations, remove bottlenecks and single points of failure, and simplify architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud environments as an SRE or Cloud Platform/Reliability Engineer.
- Strong cloud development experience in multi-cloud environments, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, and high-availability design.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, observability, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance risks.
