What you will do

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to develop position profiles and analyze the candidate market.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Expertise in outbound sourcing and closing candidates for technical and business roles.
• Ability to build impactful relationships with interview teams and hiring managers.
• Must be based in Sydney for on-site work.
