What you will do

• Lead and support technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct lab-scale experiments and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Author and review technical documentation and training materials.
• Monitor production runs to ensure GMP compliance and drive process improvements.
• Provide on-floor support during campaigns and manage change controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in process development or life sciences.
• Deep knowledge of cell and gene therapy (CGT), GMP, and aseptic manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal teams.
