What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end purchase requisition to purchase order process for direct and indirect procurement in SAP.
- Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on confirmations and goods receipts, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Track procurement performance, maintain reports, and ensure accurate material master data and SAP records.
- Resolve purchasing and logistics issues related to cost, quality, and delivery.
- Support supplier registration, qualification, lifecycle activities, and first-level escalations.
- Deliver and participate in training programs related to procurement compliance and professional development.
Requirements
- Business English at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
- Italian at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
- Experience in operational procurement or supply chain management.
- Enhanced knowledge of SAP; SAP Ariba experience is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for procurement processes and reporting.
- Effective communication, teamwork, customer focus, and a proactive approach.
