What you will do

• Lead technicians in robotics assembly, rework, repair, and the allocation of build work orders.
• Build electro-mechanical assemblies using CAD, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly, harness routing, sensor installation, connectorisation, and soldering.
• Support first-article builds, rapid design iterations, functional testing, debugging, and system integration.
• Report delivery status, risks, and blockers while coordinating resolutions with engineering and senior leadership.
• Drive team culture, workshop standards, continuous improvement, safety, and pride in workmanship.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in electromechanical assembly or engineering product development.
• At least 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly or hand-assembly of complex systems.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
• Ability to read CAD files, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with common tools, fixtures, soldering, and harness assembly.
• Strong attention to detail, build quality, safety, organization, and real-time problem solving in a high-urgency environment.
