What you will do

• Develop and implement operational strategies, objectives, and standard procedures across manufacturing sites.
• Drive lean management, continuous improvement, and waste reduction to optimize productivity and capacity.
• Own the digitization roadmap, incorporating MES, IoT, and predictive maintenance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control while ensuring financial discipline.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost using real-time reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of leadership and management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Native-level German language skills and business-fluent English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
