What you will do

• Develop and implement a company-wide HSSE management system.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and workplace inspections.
• Create and maintain safety policies, emergency response plans, and work instructions.
• Lead internal audits and investigate accidents or near-miss incidents to identify root causes.
• Deliver safety training programs and awareness initiatives for all staff.
• Collaborate with government authorities, insurance associations, and internal production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSSE or compliance roles, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace, or defence.
• Strong knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to establish management systems and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Professional proficiency in English or German is required.
• Hands-on, structured, and independent working style with strong leadership presence.

• Ukrainian language skills are a significant advantage.
