What you will do

• Lead new product development projects from concept to delivery using the Product Creation Process.
• Estimate project timelines, budgets, and technical risks while tracking progress against KPIs.
• Translate marketing requirements into clear engineering specifications for internal and external teams.
• Support design reviews to ensure compliance with functional, regulatory, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate technical construction files and support the creation of safety documentation.
• Prepare formal test reports documenting objectives, methods, and results.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German and English required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in engineering, electronics, or product development.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cologne, Germany.

• In-depth understanding of rotary machinery.
