What you will do

• Act as Project Quality Lead throughout the product development process for the assigned Business Unit.
• Define and monitor quality requirements in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and international suppliers.
• Manage quality activities from concept and development through series production and post-market surveillance.
• Facilitate risk analyses, specifically Design FMEAs and other risk management methodologies.
• Coordinate quality topics with interdisciplinary teams and manufacturing partners, particularly in Asia.
• Execute prototype quality assessments and monitor quality KPIs and the Quality Roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Professional experience in Quality Management within product development, ideally in consumer goods or juvenile products.
• Practical experience with 8D, QRQC, PPS, or similar structured problem-solving methods.
• Expertise in Design and Process FMEA, HARA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
