Global VP Partner Business (m/f/x) (Travel Retail)

What you will do

• Own the strategic portfolio of the largest and most complex brand, agency, and platform partnerships.
• Lead and grow the Partnerships organization across the London, Berlin, and Paris hubs, setting strategy, standards, and targets.
• Manage holding-company master agreements and major multi-year joint business plans.
• Drive the Founding Partner and Innovation Partnership Program, converting alliances into recurring multi-year revenue.
• Represent the advertising business at senior levels with brands, holding companies, and industry bodies.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and organizational design.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in media or advertising commercial roles.
• Senior partnership leadership and team-building experience.
• Track record of managing holding-company agreements and large, multi-year strategic partnerships.
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling senior commercial talent.
• Strategic and structured thinking combined with hands-on senior commercial credibility.
• Work from the Hamburg office in Germany.

Nice to have

• Travel retail or travel media leadership experience.
• Experience building partnerships or a retail-media function.
• Established senior network across brands and holding companies.
