TL;DR

Senior Marketing Associate, Brand (Fintech): Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager in leading local marketing activity and executing campaigns for diaspora and expat audiences with an accent on brand awareness and trust. Focus on planning integrated full-funnel campaigns across traditional and digital channels, managing influencer programs, and optimizing output using AI tools.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week) based in London, UK

What you will do

• Execute marketing strategies for EMEA, collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Legal, and Media teams.
• Plan and activate ATL campaigns across brand channels including OOH, TV, radio, and sponsorships.
• Develop integrated full-funnel campaign plans connecting brand and digital activity across the customer journey.
• Manage influencer and creator programs to ensure authentic representation of the brand.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Track brand performance metrics and optimize marketing budgets in partnership with analytics teams.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of marketing experience in the EMEA region.
• Proven experience in planning traditional media (OOH, radio, sponsorships) and digital campaigns.
• Strong project management capabilities and detail-orientation.
• Hands-on experience with influencer and creator partnerships.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or similarly regulated categories.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
