What you will do

• Digitize, verify, and store electronic documentation within the Document Management System.
• Assist in the routing of Change Requests and Change Orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain the documentation database to ensure integrity and accessibility.
• Ensure all controlled documents are reviewed and distributed in accordance with established quality and compliance standards.
• Help maintain an audit-ready environment for records and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet significant physical demands, including constant standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions.
