What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Project Master Submittal Register in coordination with the project team.
• Manage the end-to-end project document flow process with clients and suppliers.
• Track incoming and outgoing documentation and ensure systematic filing.
• Distribute documents for workflow processing and follow up on required submittals and RFI responses.
• Submit variance reports and KPI data to the leadership team regarding project document deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Document Control Specialist.
• 5+ years of experience with Document Control Management Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing Project Control Variance Reports.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
