What you will do

• Define the core platform foundation and capability pillars required for reliable AI deployment.
• Prioritize and sequence platform development based on customer commitments and delivery team velocity.
• Identify repeating patterns across the application layer and graduate them into core platform capabilities.
• Establish and maintain a strict quality bar to ensure infrastructure is trusted and production-ready.
• Develop agentic primitives, eval infrastructure, and data reasoning capabilities to optimize delivery time to value.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, BU leads, and forward-deployed PMs to resolve sequencing tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record of defining and shipping production-grade platform capabilities.
• Technical fluency in infrastructure, auth, observability, deployment, and agent runtimes.
• Strong judgment in sequencing and prioritizing work under conditions of ambiguity.
• Extreme ownership and ability to drive cross-functional outcomes without formal authority.
• Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

Nice to have

• Direct experience with AI/ML platform infrastructure, agent frameworks, or eval pipelines.
• Experience deploying into constrained environments such as government or air-gapped infrastructure.
• Experience as a platform PM where field-built patterns served as a primary signal for core product development.
