What you will do

• Build and execute strategies for enterprise partnerships, including team training, joint operations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and renewal.
• Represent customer needs and develop joint solutions based on financial-services workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions.
• Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting processes.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and support multi-million-dollar contracts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Action-oriented mindset with strong creative problem-solving and execution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
