What you will do

• Develop and implement a global logistics strategy covering freight, transportation, and 3PL/4PL providers.
• Establish global standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks for cross-border material flow.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and export controls (including EAR).
• Oversee global freight bookings, import/export documentation, and resolve regional logistics bottlenecks.
• Support SAP (S/4HANA) logistics and MRP-related activities to ensure accurate data flow.
• Lead, coach, and scale a global logistics team within the WILP pillar.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain within manufacturing, robotics, tech, automotive, or aerospace.
• Proven expertise in managing global freight, customs, and cross-border logistics.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London, UK.
• Deep understanding of import/export regulations, customs classifications, and EAR.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) and MRP/ERP systems.
• Degree or Masters in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience working across KSA, North America, and Europe.
• Ability to translate complex engineering requirements into commercial logistics arrangements.
