What you will do

• Build AI-powered experiences that enhance customer workflows in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts using modern tools and coding assistants.
• Develop production-ready solutions using LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to bring AI innovations to market.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML models and techniques for product integration.
• Develop deep domain expertise in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with significant AI/ML responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, or agent-based systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Domain knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) workflows.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other AEC software via APIs/SDKs.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, benchmarking, and quality measurement.
