What you will do

• Provide HR leadership, consultation, and support to the site Senior Leadership Team (SLT), line managers, and employees.
• Translate and implement globally defined HR strategies into locally applicable action plans.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support HR programs and global initiatives.
• Establish and drive the HR operational plan aligned with site business priorities.
• Lead organization and talent development actions to ensure a robust pipeline for local and global staffing needs.
• Monitor HR effectiveness by tracking and reporting key measures and taking corrective action.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR generalist managing an HR team as a member of senior leadership.
• Experience in a BioTech or Pharma manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into critical success factors and implementation plans.
• Experience acting as a communication link between operational layers and upper management.
• Strong capabilities in coaching and developing a high-performing team.
