What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR business partner to optimize talent, organizational structure, processes, and culture.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations and maintain the local employee handbook.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, policy violations, and disciplinary processes up to terminations.
• Support hiring priorities by identifying talent gaps and connecting internal talent and mobility opportunities.
• Advise leadership on compensation strategy and assess turnover and retention risk.
• Lead HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle and maintain HR systems and documents in Workday.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in an international company.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to balance strategy with tactical execution in ambiguous situations.
• Travel readiness as required by business demands.
• Strong communication and social skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
